Where is ‘Art in Island’ in Cubao? Tips to Commuters

You’ve seen photos of friends, like what we have here, in this interactive 3D museum in Cubao and you are raring to go this coming holiday or summer vacation. Here’s how not to get lost: it is near LRT-2 Araneta Cubao station, and coming from EDSA, at the back of Gateway and Cubao Expo!

If you are a commuter, this is exactly where you should exit: at the back of the building. The road leads you to Cubao Expo. It is a hip place: artsy and vintage shops; good restaurants and coffee shops. We had lunch at Alan’s Grill. Awesome kare-kareng bulalo at a reasonable price.

Then you can do a walkathon to Gateway for both MRT-LRT 1 or LRT 2 connecting stations.

Art in Island opens at 9:30 am. Come early. Have socks (you have to leave your shoes/slippers at the counter). Have fun!
